Dr. Ranya Nehmeh
Ranya is the CEO and Founder of ELEVAR Consulting. With over two decades of international HR experience, she brings a blend of technical know-how, strategic vision, and leadership expertise to the table.
Her mission is simple: to align people strategy with business impact, while keeping the human element front and center.
She has designed and led end-to-end employee experience projects, focusing on people strategy, workforce planning, learning & development, leadership programs, and talent management. She brings a deep understanding of diverse organizational cultures, having worked with international organizations for most of her career.
